It is produced from the variety Blue Frankonian. When pressing we only use the freerun without maceration. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine settles for a few weeks on fine depositions of yeast, afterwards it is bottled and it is always the first wine offered within the current vintage. The wine has a lively, fruity colour, the aroma is intense, fruity as well. Its’ freshness is balanced with a rounded-up, elegant, fruity and long-lasting aftertaste. The wine is fresh,with the right sparks and seductive which makes it the perfect companion for summer days in good company.
