The classic maceration takes place in stainless steel vinificators for two weeks, then it is pressed and transferred to oak casks. Fruity notes are first evident when scenting the wine, shortly followed by nicely developed roasted aroma and spices. In the mouth we get a fruity, rich, full and balanced impression. After a one-year maturation in oak barrels the tannins are mature and are guaranteeing a qualitative development of the wine. It is an excellent Blue Frankonian with highly distinctive features, variety characteristics and noblesse.
