The deep yellowish & hay colour with rose nuances is typical of the Pinot Gris from Zlati grič. It undergoes 12 hours of cold maceration where next to aromatic compounds also colouring agents are extracted from the grape skin. The fermentation takes place at a lower temperature and the grape juice, pressed only from hand-picked grapes, gives this particular wine an open, fruity, variety scent, which resembles mango and green apples. A harmonic ratio between acids and sugars and the distinct characteristic of the variety, which we can detect after taking the first sip, continues into a semi-long aftertaste. The wine is drinkable, freshly young, smooth and it indulges us with each sip.
