Late harvest, 2020
It is characterized by a fruity aroma with beautifully expressed honey notes, which soon opens into a wonderful varietal character. In the wine, we find all the characteristics of a late harvest, a slight botrytis and honey note, and minerality, which reflects the soil and location. Despite the higher residual sugar content, the wine exudes harmony and elegance. A classic late harvest that can be excellently combined with fresh desserts.
